Goal: Build impactful, multi-generational, purpose-driven companies.
Approach: Buy, hold and build indefinitely. Keep management intact. Simple terms, short process.
Look for: Simple, profitable, niche businesses that are difficult for technology to displace.
We target sustainable, double-digit margins, healthy debt load, strong management teams. Successful operations of at least 5 years. Net Income between $500k and $2.5M. Ideally own underlying real estate.
Goal: Be the minority investor every founder dreams of.
Approach: Move quickly. Take only minority, non-controlling positions as silent, side-car partners. We always side with the founder, no matter what.
Look for: Experienced co-founders building a high-growth business solving an intractable problem.
Global vision, strong defensible position, clear and scalable economic model. High margin with clear path to profitability. Stage agnostic; often early-stage to avoid potential perceived conflict of interest. Values-aligned with our Investment Group members.
